Shipping

All items will be shipped via UPS ground in as few boxes as possible. The estimated shipping time provided to you at checkout does not include production time, which is usually 3-4 weeks.

Returns

We are a small, teeny, tiny operation with one man making every piece by hand. For this reason we respectfully do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your product is damaged, broken, or otherwise physically unusable, we will send you a replacement with no questions asked within a year of your purchase date.

Proof of damage is required - please send photos and any additional information to mugs@mugshopla.com, along with your shipping address.

Because each piece is handmade, we can not guarantee an exact replacement of your damaged item. We will however get as close as we can.
